Information you provide

The general enquiry form requests your name, email and business requirements, with optional company and budget information. The seller form also requests company and registration information, operating and banking availability status (not account details), bank support for MSB activities, payment rails and PSP relationships, transaction history, optional high-level summaries, revenue and volume ranges, compliance status and history, sale plans, indicative asking price and your authority to discuss a sale. A phone number, FINTRAC registration number and additional information are optional. Do not submit identity documents, bank information or confidential transaction files through this form.

Purpose

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested service and coordinate agreed next steps. The enquiry checkbox is permission to respond to your request, not a newsletter subscription.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed through Formspree. Those providers may process information according to their own policies, including in other countries. Review Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Formspree’s privacy policy.

Sharing for an engagement

Before confidential information is shared for a proposed transaction or specialist engagement, the appropriate recipients and sharing arrangements should be established with you.

Your requests

Contact info@apexlicensinggroup.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect a request.
